SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

If for whatever reason you're NOT 100% happy with the terms and instructions given (available here on-line and at point of activation) do NOT proceed further and do NOT activate your card. Instead, simply contact us to return your purchase and receive a credit. You must contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. ('Credit' information is contained within the 'Conditions of use' part of this on-line store on the right hand side of the on-line store).

ABOUT THIS 'SET-UP' COST AND FAQ's:

The cost here is for your initial account set-up and also covers the continual account hosting, handling and support over a 1 year period.
It does NOT include: Your necessary budgeted monthly spend towards anything else, ie to receive actual pay-TV programming.
In our attempt to make it crystal clear - yes, we DO charge a hosting, handling and support fee for continued use of our services AFTER the 1st year, this is on a yearly in advance basis and is not payable in stages and is not payable pro-rata.

SHIPPING - CHOOSE HOW YOU WANT IT SHIPPED:

1. 'Standard shipping' is FREE and included in the price, just click 'add to cart' if this method is acceptable with you. Delivery of this item could take upto 3-14 working days to arrive once shipped and has NO insurance or tracking on it once it leaves our office.

2. 'Royal Mail Signed For' attracts a marginal additional bolt-on cost via the 'checkbox' below. Delivery of this item can still take anywhere from 3 to 14 days to arrive once shipped, but it DOES HAVE a tracking number and signature on delivery requirement for your peace of mind, but sadly NO insurance cover.

3. 'By Courier' for a generally faster, more reliable delivery guarantee - this attracts an additional bolt-on cost via the 'checkbox' below. Delivery of this item should take, in most cases about 3-4 working days to arrive once shipped and offers BOTH insurance AND a tracking number. (Whilst it can sometimes take 5 or 6 days, with respect, we can't be held responsible for a courier company's service standards).We do strongly recommend this added option.

4. USING THE CARD... The card can ONLY be used in any Sky UK-type decoder box.
