- Purchasing through us and this on-line store:
You should expect to receive a professional and helpful service from our Staff, prompt attention, good communication and goods as described. Placing, verifying and submitting your order and payment through our on-line store here contracts you legally to make your purchase, and bonds us legally to supply you with the goods you have requested.
If you are in anyway uncertain about what equipment or service you need, contact us first before completing your order. You’ll find our contact details under the CONTACT US section.
- Exchange / credit notes:
If you've gone and ordered the wrong thing or it's not right, we'd be delighted to offer an exchange or credit note. (This excludes smart / viewing cards that have been activated).
To qualify, the item(s) must simply be returned within 30 days of purchase, in original packaging, in their entirety, unmarked and in 'as brand new' condition. Our return address is found un the CONTACT US section of this site.
Remember to include with the returned item(s) information about yourself and whether you want to purchase something else or whether you’d like a credit note issued, your original receipt and your contact details.
Return shipping costs will be covered by yourself and the final exchange or credit note value that you’ll receive is calculated as follows:

= AMOUNT TO BE USED AGAINST ANY ALTERNATE GOODS FROM OUR ON-LINE STORE OR GIVEN AS A CREDIT NOTE TO BE USED WITHIN 1 YEAR.
We do not do ‘cash refunds’ in part or full as an alternative to the above.
- Faulty goods:
For believed genuinely *faulty goods, we firstly must ensure that the equipment is installed correctly – if not, we cannot complete trouble-shooting and verification of the problem and therefore can’t determine whether the problem is down to the incomplete and incorrect installation or down to genuinely faulty goods.
Where the equipment has been correctly installed and set-up, we need to have been given reasonable time to address and understand the nature of the problem, allowing us to offer remote-fixing-support, and where this fails we will repair, or replace the item for you under any warranty period applicable from the Manufacturer. Their warranty is always ‘return to base’, with cost of shipping inward and outward being at your expense as it’s the product at fault not the transport method.
An actual refund will only be made where we've determined we cannot fulfil the above fairly, and any such refund amount made would exclude initial shipping and handling charges.
*Faulty goods: Does not include accidental or wilful damage, neglect or inability to follow proper operating and connection procedures, electrical / voltage damage, water damage, lightning or acts of God, loss or theft.

- Shipment of your
Your order will be shipped to you, normally within 2-3 business days of your order being placed and paid-for.
All orders are shipped using either regular postal courier or parcel courier type services depending on what services were available to you at time of purchase. You should anticipate arrival of your order within approximately 7 working days of dispatch.
For possible shipments to locations and countries outside or not a part of the EU or in areas that do not ‘show’ on our system, please use the CONTACT US section of this site. Remember, some non-EU countries may charge import duty on goods which is your liability, not ours.
- Your security and privacy:
SkySat-Europe is committed to confidentiality in the handling of all Customer data received. SSL encryption is employed to protect sensitive data. We do NOT keep your credit card information on any filing system, electronic or paper which could allow full retrieval of your payment details.
We advise strongly that you should print out all transaction data made with us and keep it in an easily accessible, yet safe place for future reference. More information is found within the PRIVACY section of this site.
- Claims for loss or damages:
Claims must be made within 2 working days of receipt of goods, in writing – we suggest via email. Give as much information as possible to the problem, taking pictures to support the claim, which will again help us to help you more quickly.
Please examine your delivery carefully. The processing of a claim for whatever reason will be discussed on an individual basis in a timely manner so long as we’ve been contacted by you within 2 working days of receipt of your goods.
- About us:
Payments you make to us will appear as a transaction on your credit card statement as “TOTAL ADMIN - SKYSAT, STAFFORD”. We are NOT connected to any other party of any similar name, remembering that the purchase is for your hardware and services from our on-line store, SKYSAT-EUROPE and not anyone else.
Your credit/debit card will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction for your purchase with us.
If you have a billing query, we only go back and question 2 prior months for you. It is your responsibility to act in a proper, timely and responsible manner with your payments. Please stay vigilant about payments going out of your account. We’d prefer you to ask each month than not at all or once every 4 or 5 months.

The brand identity and name of “SkySat-Europe” is owned and operated by 'Total Admin - SkySat Limited', a company (number 6448631) registered in England & Wales, at 2, Stafford, ST16 1NU, UK.
- Extended Warranty services:
Inclusions / exclusions for all Sky type boxes, when opted at time of initial purchase:
1. Extended warranty (referred to as EW) option can only be purchased at time of initial purchase of any Sky, Sky+ or Sky+HD box.
2. EW is only applicable against brand new Sky box hardware.
3. EW does not include: Loss, theft, neglect, vandalism, improper use or connection, tampering, electrical damage, power surges, storm damage, lightning strike, fire, flood or any other act of God.
4. For validity of your Manufacturer and EW, do NOT remove the cover or open-up the Sky box hardware as this will void your warranty.
5. You MUST keep a copy of your initial purchase receipt showing your EW inclusion. This may be asked for as proof of cover.
6. EW does NOT include any type of ‘loaner box’ for the period your own box is away being assessed / fixed / replaced.
7. Your EW provides you with an extension, of 2 years beyond the Manufacturer’s 1 year standard warranty, it will include repair or replacement of the unit as deemed applicable and includes all parts and labour. EW also includes return shipping and insurance back to yourself, whilst the standard Manufacturer warranty covers only the repair or replacement with shipping costs being additional to yourself.
8. If there is no fault found with the unit, your standard and EW cover will provide you with a zero charge for labour, however there will be a charge for shipping and handling costs which must be paid in advance before the item is released. If you do not pay for your receiver’s shipping costs within 12 weeks of notification of repair and our request for payment remains outstanding, we will dispose of the box accordingly and you will therefore lose any ownership rights you previously had.
9. Please note that you pay for the cost of shipping to our offices to get your faulty unit to us. This applies to both standard Manufacturer or EW.
10. Typical turn-around time for repair is 3-4 weeks.
- Changing the conditions:
SkySat-Europe reserve the right to change or add to the Terms and Conditions without prior notification or consultation where required.

Patents used in connection with this site are the property of their respective owners.
- Annual hosting & customer support charges where applicable:
We can provide access to any freely available satellite or digital TV service which can be received via any suitably installed and specified satellite dish or digital antenna, within the general area we class as ‘Europe’. There are no fees associated with freely available services. They are as they appear - free.
Please remember, the name 'SkySat-Europe' and our business that is carried on is nothing to do with the actual transmission or broadcast of any satellite TV services or ‘subscription / pay-TV’ services, and is fully independent of any other business.
Where a fee is charged, this is an annual fee for customer support on specific systems and services where you instruct us to handle and look after your affairs. This fee is ONLY charged to customers who wish us to provide this 365 day a year service. Charges are yearly in advance, and you will always be invited to pay opposed to being billed automatically.
We, your supplier / administrator can not be held responsible for continuous trouble-free reception and viewing of TV at all within or outside of the UK - this is something totally outside of our control. For example, including but not conclusive such things as extreme weather conditions, when there may be problems with transmissions linking programming to the satellite, poor dish alignment, wrongly sized dish set-up, obstructions to signal path preventing all but one or two channels from being viewed, changes in beam footprint coverage or transponder use, payment issues or payment failures, or if prices, channel options and availability of programs and packages change, or where your physical satellite decoder box becomes faulty preventing normal viewing. This is outside of our control.
We are also not liable for your payments or billing disputes either and will only relay information to the broadcaster on your behalf where applicable. Billing issues at or beyond 3 months old can not be discussed.
- Installation services:
We guarantee our work and hardware supplied for 12 months, but cannot guarantee accidental or wilful damage, neglect or inability to follow proper operating and connection procedures, electrical / voltage damage, water damage, lightning, wind or storm damage or acts of God, loss or theft.
Maintenance plans, where taken out, are payable yearly in advance.
